2.3 Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods.

3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
3.2 Payment must be received in full prior to dispatch.
3.3 We reserve the right to change prices without notice; any change will not affect orders already accepted.

4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Standard delivery is 7–15 working days, with most orders delivered in approximately 10 working days.
4.2 Tracking information will be provided via email within 7 days of dispatch.
4.3 We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other third parties.
4.4 Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Refunds and Cancellations
5.1 Refunds are only available if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not delivered within 30 days of order.
5.2 Orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
5.3 Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the goods, accompanied by photo or video evidence of the issue.
5.4 Tracking delays alone do not qualify for refunds.

6.2 Colours and details may vary slightly due to photographic and monitor differences.

7. Liability
