1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

Tracking delays – occasionally, tracking updates can be delayed due to courier systems not updating in real time. This does not mean your order has not been shipped or is lost, only that the courier has not yet scanned or updated the item. For this reason, refunds cannot be provided based solely on delayed tracking.

Delays within the shipping window (7–15 working days, with tracking available within 7 days).
3. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
